When you purchase an item from us we hope that it meets your expectations 100%. Unfortunately, we realize that is not always the case, and sometimes you need to intiate and return. We understand completely. So here is what you need to do.
To return an item:
1. CONTACT us here and send us your order information and reason for return.
- In your correspondence to us, be sure to include any pertinent information that will allow us to find your order. You should have packing slip inside your shipment that will have a "PO#". This is the best way for us to identify your order. If you cannot find that then make sure to include the name, shipping address, and/or email associated with your order. We will respond with return instructions.
2. SHIP your item back to us.
- Be sure to mail it back to the address we provide in the return instructions, and include your original packing slip (unless you don't have it). Refusing delivery can cause a delay in receiving your refund. Also, please send us the tracking information associated with your return for faster processing.
3. WAIT for a refund.
- Returns and refunds are processed as quickly as possible, but we can get a little slow on processing these during the extreme busiest of the Halloween season in October. We appreciate your patience during the season.
